How to obtain Maltese citizenship?
Passport after 1 year
​​You must make a contribution of €750,000 to the National Social and Development Fund. You can qualify for Maltese citizenship through exceptional service after 12 months. To include dependants, add €50,000 each. You are also required to make a philanthropic contribution of at least €10,000
Passport after 3 years
You must make a contribution of €600,000 to the National Social and Development Fund. You can qualify for Maltese citizenship through exceptional service after 36 months. To include dependants, add €50,000 each. You are also required to make a philanthropic contribution of at least €10,000

In addition, you are obliged to either purchase a property for at least 700,000 euros or to conclude a real estate rental contract for at least 16,000 euros/year. Both for a minimum period of 5 years.
